1. Thickening the cushion plate on the workbench: Adding a certain thickness of cushion plate between the explosion-proof vulcanizing machine workbench and the lower mold can move the working stroke of the moving beam upward, thereby reducing the volume of the upper chamber of the working cylinder in case of sudden load loss, and correspondingly reducing the stored liquid elastic energy.
2. Add movable pads on the vulcanizing machine. Install a movable pad between the working cylinder piston and the moving beam of the vulcanizing machine to reduce the volume of the upper chamber of the working cylinder when the material breaks, and correspondingly reduce the stored elastic energy.
2、 The three commonly used sealing materials for explosion-proof vulcanizing machines are polyurethane rubber, oil resistant rubber, and polytetrafluoroethylene.

The working process of the explosion-proof vulcanizing machine is to load the uncured semi-finished product into the model and place it in the gap between two layers of hot plates.
